Her Tarantos, full of emotion and power, earned her the prize known as “El Desplante” and also thrilled those in attendance who were grateful for her participation in the forty-second edition of the Festival del Cante de Las Minas. This is a well-deserved award which acknowledges the young Seville dancer’s work, past and present.

During 2002 he offered courses in Moscow (Russia) and Ulm (Germany), achieving a highly successful level of participation which was acknowledged not only by the organizers of the courses, but by each and every one of the students as well.

Felipe’s patience in class knows no limits, and as all his students know, the personal attention devoted to each student is an absolute guarantee of proper learning.


 

Taller Flamenco will have a presence at the Second Feria Mundial del Flamenco (Seville, October 3-6, 2002).


After having participated in last year’s edition, the Taller is returning to the Fair to present its Seville school and class model, and hopes to make known its Taller style of teaching, its activities with the Taller Flamenco Itinerante, and the new undertaking of artistic representation where the greatest effort will be made to promote and represent flamenco’s youth.
