Alicia Gil

Alicia Gil, a singer from Seville, occupies a prominent place in the scene on her own merit flamenco current. His voice and art are deeply rooted in tradition, but they also reflect a fresh and contemporary vision of cante flamenco. Backed by a solid career in important companies and artistic projects, Alicia proudly represents "singing flamenco of today."

With his latest album, Corral de los Judos, he has reaffirmed his position as one of the great figures of the flamenco current. This work is a careful compilation of songs performed from his unique sensitivity, impregnated with the nuances and essence of the flamenco traditional as it is lived in the neighborhoods of Triana and Seville.

In Taller Flamenco, Alicia teaches singing, transmitting not only Technique vocal, but also the passion and knowledge that characterize his art, guiding his students to discover their own flamenco voice.
