BOOKING AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

BOOKING

The booking of the courses and/or accommodation will be formalized by completing the registration form, as well as a prior payment (for management and booking that is discounted of the total price.) or its entirety depending on the course with card, bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe.

Any fees or commissions arising from Bank Transfer/PayPal/Stripe will be borne by the student.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Taller Flamenco It will accredit attendees with a diploma at the end of the course, except for all courses of less than one week.
The booking of the courses and/or accommodation will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
Taller Flamenco reserves the right to make any changes to the announced program.
On Good Friday, Christmas and New Year's Day, Taller Flamenco remains closed. These classes are not recovered.
Valid rates are those that appear on the website.
During Easter and the April Fair there is an increase of €100 in the single room and €150 in the double room. During these dates we can NOT guarantee accommodation to all our students. We promise to do our best.
It is only allowed to take photos 10 minutes before the end of the class and video with the permission of the teacher.

REGULAR COURSES / SPECIAL COURSES and ACCOMMODATION

PAYMENT

Once the booking, the rest of the payment will be paid at the Taller Flamenco.

Payment method:

Courses: By card, cash, PayPal (the student is responsible for the expenses incurred).
Accommodation: Cash.

Payment date: depending on the number of weeks of stay:

1 week – The first day of the course.
2 or more weeks – The second day of the course.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

If the course and/or accommodation has NOT been confirmed and in case of not being able to attend, it will be discounted 50% of the booking paid for cancellation and management.
The rest of the booking paid may be exchanged for another date within one year from the date of the booking; Once this period has ended, there will be no refund.
If the course and/or accommodation has been confirmed and in case of not being able to attend or cancelling it, the money of the booking It will NOT be returned and can NOT be exchanged for another date.
In case you want to change or reduce a course and/or accommodation before the start, you will have an extra cost of € 20 per management.
Once the course and/or accommodation has started, if the student decides to cancel or reduce, he/she must pay the entire week/s in which the decision is communicated and 50% of the remaining weeks reserved.
In the event of having to change accommodation, it will be priced as a new accommodation.

PRIVATE COURSES – CANCELLATION

1 DAY COURSES

Once the private course is confirmed and in case of NOT being able to attend, no refund will be made.
Schedule changes are not accepted once the private course has been confirmed.
In case of a delay of more than 20 minutes, the private course will be automatically cancelled without the right to make-up.

5-HOUR AND 10-HOUR VOUCHERS

Once the course has been confirmed and in case of NOT being able to attend, no refund will be made.
If the student wants to change or cancel the class, they must give 24 hours' notice.
If the class is on a Monday and you want to change or cancel it, you must notify on Friday before 2:00 p.m. via email to info@tallerflamenco.com, whatsapp or at the office.
If the student is more than 20 minutes late, the class will be automatically cancelled without the right to reschedule the class.
You can change your schedule 1 time on the 5-hour pass and 2 times on the 10-hour pass.

ONLINE COURSES – CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION

The classes will be via Skype or Google Meeting.
If the student wants to change or cancel the class, they must notify 24 hours in advance via email to info@tallerflamenco.com or Whatsapp.
If the class is on a Monday and you want to change or cancel it, you must notify on Friday before 2:00 p.m. via email to info@tallerflamenco.com or Whatsapp.
Rescheduling Policy:
Online 1-hour classes cannot be rescheduled once confirmed.
1 time in the 4-hour package.
2 times on the 10-hour package.
Package Validity:
5 weeks – 4-hour package.
12 weeks – 10-hour package.
