Ángeles Gabaldón

With a professional career that includes performances on renowned national and international stages, Ángeles has shared the stage with great figures of the flamenco and has left its mark on prestigious festivals. In addition to her facet as a dancer, Ángeles is a fervent lover of the flamenco in all its expressions. Currently, she combines her work as a dance teacher in Taller Flamenco with her singing studies flamenco, demonstrating his constant concern to broaden his artistic horizons. María Távora

Born into a family with a deep tradition in the flamenco and the arts, this outstanding dancer has lived art since her childhood. Her professional training began at the prestigious Conservatory of Dance of Seville, where she perfected her Technique and artistic expression. His career includes numerous performances on national and international stages, collaborating with renowned companies of flamenco. Currently, he combines his work as an artist in the emblematic Tablao Los Gallos, one of the most prestigious in the flamenco in Seville, with his passion for teaching. As a teacher at Taller Flamenco, transmits to his students not only the Technique, but also the soul and essence of this unique art. Her experience and dedication make her a reference both on stage and in the classroom.  

Samuel Gutierrez

Samuel Gutiérrez is a guitar teacher at Taller Flamenco and has more than twenty years of experience in the world of flamenco. From his adolescence he trained in a comprehensive way, learning to accompany both dance and singing, and specializing in the composition and interpretation of the different rhythms of the flamenco. Throughout his career, he has honed his Technique and has been nourished by the teaching of renowned teachers, which allows it to offer deep and authentic learning.   Currently, Samuel combines the classes he teaches at Taller Flamenco with live performances, where she accompanies singing and dancing, demonstrating her passion and commitment to the essence of the flamenco. Their dedication and knowledge make their classes a unique experience, inviting each student to discover and live the excitement of the flamenco, integrating tradition with the present.

Lydia Ledesma

Lydia Ledesma has a degree in English Philology from the University of Seville, and her vocation for teaching makes her the perfect teacher for those who want to learn Spanish effectively and passionately. With a solid academic background and a deep admiration for the Spanish language, Lydia knows how to transmit knowledge with enthusiasm and dedication. Their pedagogical approach is based on making each lesson meaningful, connecting the language with Spain's rich culture and traditions. Julia Huggias

Julia Huggias is a professional with a solid background in languages and teaching. Her experience as a Spanish teacher at Taller Flamenco and his training in International Relations have allowed him to develop a didactic approach that integrates language learning with its cultural richness.  He speaks Spanish, English and German, which allows him to understand the difficulties of students and adapt his methodology for clear and effective teaching. His training at the Goethe-Institut in Berlin reinforces his knowledge of language teaching, ensuring structured and dynamic learning.  In addition, her specialization in cultural management allows her to teach Spanish not only as a communication tool, but as a key to understanding Spanish-speaking history and identity. Her passion for the language and its context make her classes an immersive, enriching and motivating experience for her students.

José Antonio González

José Antonio, a restless and passionate musician from Seville, has dedicated his life to the art of flamenco. His career began as a percussionist, later specializing in bass flamenco, an instrument with which he accompanies renowned groups on local and international stages. His love for the flamenco, his technical knowledge and versatility make him a complete master. In Taller Flamenco, José Antonio teaches Cajon, Hand clapping, sharing their experience and transmitting the authentic values of this art to their students. Its pedagogical method, based on practice and closeness, guarantees in-depth learning, adapted to both beginners and advanced students. With small groups and personalized attention, José Antonio not only teaches Technique, but also the essence and soul of the flamenco, helping each student connect with their passion for this unique art.

Carmela Espinosa

Carmela Espinosa, young singer from Seville and singing teacher at Taller Flamenco, grew in the flamenco from Seville as the daughter of the singer Alicia Gil and the guitarist Lito Espinosa. Heir to a passion for flamenco and with a solid academic background, Carmela brings a personal style and natural musicality, standing out for her perfect intonation and her deep sense of rhythm. Her unmistakable voice and her own imprint in each interpretation make her a unique singer. Carmela combines her artistic activity in peñas and family recitals with teaching, where she teaches singing, Hand clapping in Taller Flamenco Seville. Aurora Reguera

Aurora, a young and talented musician from Seville, has built her way in the flamenco with a unique combination of dedication, training and passion. Silvia Reina

At the height of her musical career, Silvia has established herself as one of the most promising voices in the world. flamenco current. His art is required in prestigious festivals and tablaos throughout Spain, in addition to being the protagonist in his own projects such as the successful "Tablao en Clase". A highlight in her career took place in April 2018, when she had the honour of singing for the Royal Family of Bahrain in the Persian Gulf. Isabel Muñoz

Winner of the 1st Dance Prize of the XIX Andalusian Youth Flamenco Contest in 2018. She participates as a soloist dancer in the Festival Flamenco de Gines (2017), Festival Jóvenes Flamencos Teatro Central de Sevilla (2018), Festival Flamenco de Olivares (2019), Festival Flamenco de Montellano (2019), Festival Flamenco of Louisiana (2019), Fesitval Flamenco of Hinojos (2019) and Festival Flamenco de Mont de Marsán (2020). At the same time, he develops his artistic career in tablaos such as La Casa de la Guitarra, Auditorio Álvarez Quintero and Casala Teatro, among others. She takes her dance to different theaters around the world making national and international tours. In addition, he elaborates choreographic pieces where he reflects the most avant-garde currents of the flamenco. She has taught dance courses flamenco and theory in different countries such as Russia, the Czech Republic, England and France. In 2016 she is a teacher of professional dance education flamenco at the Scaena Carmen Roche Conservatory in Madrid. She has a degree in Dance Pedagogy Flamenco from the Conservatorio Superior de Danza de Madrid (2015) and complements her training with a Master's Degree in Physical Activity and Quality of Life (2017) and a Master's Degree in Research and Analysis Flamenco (2020). In addition, she has several communications published in different dance and research conferences.    

Sonia Naranjo

José Río

Born in the emblematic Alameda neighborhood in Seville, this guitarist began his relationship with the flamenco guitar from a very young age, inspired by the atmosphere flamenco that surrounded him. The gatherings, meetings, peñas and flamenco parties were his "school", where he acquired the bases that have defined his style and musical sensitivity. His deep fondness for singing has made him an outstanding accompaniment guitarist, recognized in the field of flamenco peñas and gatherings for his ability to interpret and enhance the art of singing. With a constant desire to evolve, he has developed a solid career as a guitarist, performing in various flamenco tablaos in Seville. Currently, she combines her artistic activity with teaching at Taller Flamenco, where he transmits his passion, knowledge and experience, inspiring his students to delve into the essence of the flamenco guitar.

Laura Román

Laura Román, a singer from Malaga based in Seville, is a passionate defender of the pure essence of the flamenco. Her voice, full of nuances and depth, is distinguished by its fidelity to traditional songs, especially those of her homeland, such as Malagueñas and Verdiales. Laura has a special command of the rhythm, shining brightly in styles such as Bulerías and Tangos, where her energy and talent stand out naturally. Her artistic career has consolidated her as a versatile and authentic performer, capable of moving both on stage and in the classroom. In Taller Flamenco, Laura teaches singing lessons, focusing not only on the Technique vocal, but also in the art of accompanying the guitar, an essential aspect for any flamenco. Antonio Gámez

Antonio Gámez is a guitarist and composer. His love of flamenco and his passion for the guitar have allowed him to be, from a very young age, in contact with the generation of guitarists of the 80s, the generation that has revolutionized the flamenco guitar completely. At the same time he has lived with the greatest singers in history. Both singers and guitarists are his companions and, together, they have forged the flamenco as we now know it today. He is currently living a new experience with the same passion: that of teaching flamenco. His career quickly led him to work with prominent artists of singing and dancing flamenco, consolidating himself as a versatile and creative guitarist. Currently, "Lito" is an active part of the newly created circles in flamenco guitar, developing a unique style that combines the depth of traditional roots with a contemporary approach. He is also the regular guitarist of the renowned singer Alicia Gil, with whom he explores new sound possibilities within the flamenco. Javier Prieto

Javier Prieto is an innovative musician and percussionist who has taken his art to new horizons, being the introducer of the handpan in the flamenco. María Cárdenas

This young dancer, deeply rooted in the flamenco tradition, stands out for her racial dance, full of strength and authenticity. His solid artistic training and his passion for the flamenco led her to make her debut at the age of 15 at the Biennial of Flamenco in Seville in 2006, marking the beginning of a brilliant career. Since then, María has toured the world as part of the most prestigious flamenco companies, taking her art to international stages. Her experience and mastery not only enrich her artistic career, but also her work as a teacher. Since 2017, María has been teaching dance and Technique Flamenco in Taller Flamenco, where she transmits to her students the strength, elegance and passion that characterize her dance, inspiring them to discover and express their own art.

Lourdes Recio

Lourdes Recio is one of the great Masters of the flamenco in Seville, with a wide professional career full of intensity. From its beginnings in the flamenco, was guided by the great master Manolo Marín, and continued her training with artists of the stature of Mario Maya and Eva la Yerbagüena. Throughout her career, Lourdes has collaborated in numerous renowned productions and shows, such as Sangre de la Primavera and Azabache (presented at Expo'92), under the direction of Salvador Távora, or Yerma with the Cristina Hoyos Company, among others. In addition, her experience on stage has led her to dance in practically all the renowned Sevillian tablaos. With a long career, Lourdes Recio joined Taller Flamenco almost since her beginnings, with the daily work with students, she is now one of the most reputable dance teachers sharing her vast knowledge and passion for the flamenco with his students, transmitting the essence and strength of art flamenco with each class.

Carmen Rasero "La trianerita"

Carmen Rasero is one of the key figures in Taller Flamenco, where she has taught since almost her beginnings. With a long career as a teacher, Carmen has managed to transmit the essence and passion of the flamenco to countless students, who highlight her close and effective approach, always thanking her dedication and the personalized approach she offers in her classes. Trained at the Matilde Coral school between 1982 and 1995, Carmen has been a student of great masters such as Javier Latorre, Mario Maya, Merche Esmeralda, Javier Barón and more recently Ángeles Gabaldón and Belén Maya. This solid training base, together with his great experience in Taller Flamenco, has made her a specialist in teaching initial levels and training young talents. Carmen guarantees a solid and enriching start in the flamenco career of her students, providing quality teaching that lays the foundations of art flamenco.
